The EV-DNA search engine is a comprehensive, manually curated classification of extracellular vesicle-associated DNA data. All of the EV-DNA (gene) data included on the site is derived from human samples! We are in the process of adding EV-DNA data from cell culture systems and animal studies.
We will keep EV-ADD updated as new studies are published. You can submit any published or unpublished EV-DNA (human) datasets (and the data can be made private until it is published). Interested in contributing? After registering, please submit your data here: https://www.evdnadatabase.com/form/
